Jokes section

This section contains various jokes that I have collected. They are generally long and sarcastic because this is the way I like them best. There are no really dirty jokes among them, not that I disapprove of really dirty jokes, but the web is already teeming with those, so I have decided not to carry any here. If I happen to know where I pinched the joke, there will of course be an acknowledgement. If  there is none, it is probably so old no one remembers the author or, worse still, I wrote it myself.
